1. Where is Wharf Events located?
We are on Level 1, The Wharf Mooloolaba Precinct, overlooking the marina at 123 Parkyn Parade.
2. Is there parking available?
While Wharf Events does not have dedicated on-site parking, there are convenient parking options nearby. The Wharf Precinct has limited free parking, time limits apply. The closest secure parking facility is just a short walk away at ParknGo Central, located on the corner of Smith and First Avenue in Mooloolaba. This 24-hour public parking lot is easily accessible, with charges applying after 4 hours. We recommend sharing this information with your guests in advance to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
3. What types of events do you host?
We host weddings, engagement parties, corporate events, product launches, birthdays, fundraisers and large-scale cocktail events, including ticketed celebrations like New Year’s Eve.
4. How many guests can you accommodate?
Wharf Events can host from 30 guests up to 300+, depending on the room layout and event format.
5. Do you offer catering?
Yes. Our team provides in-house catering with cocktail, grazing, feasting and premium plated menu options.
6. Can we visit the venue before booking?
Yes. Site inspections are available by appointment — simply contact our events team.
