All final details for your wedding at Wharf Events are typically locked in about two weeks before your big day. At that time, you'll have a face-to-face or zoom meeting with your dedicated event coordinator to go over every detail, from your arrival to the final departure of you and your guests. This allows us to ensure everything is perfectly planned and aligned with your vision, and to address any last-minute requests or adjustments. This meeting ensures that every detail is confirmed, giving you peace of mind leading up to your event.
